‘I failed to see the car coming’: Prince Philip apologizes to crash victim, reports say

In a letter published by Britain's Sunday MIrror, the 97-year-old royal told the other driver, “I can only imagine that I failed to see the car coming, and I am very contrite about the consequences.”
