Actor Henry Winkler, best known as Arthur "The Fonz" Fonzarelli on the 1970's sitcom "Happy Days," has written his 29th children's book. “Here’s Hank: Everybody is Somebody,” about a kid named Hank who goes to P.S. 87 in New York City. It’s based on Winkler’s experiences as a child who struggled to read and keep up at school. (Feb. 8)
