A Georgia woman was arrested for allegedly crashing into a Popeyes location after she was upset her order didn’t have any biscuits.

Sgt. 1st Class Michael D. Clark, 41, was identified Thursday as the lone fatal victim in a lightning strike that also injured nine other soldiers.
