GOP Sen. Cindy Hyde-Smith wins Mississippi runoff

Republican Senator Cindy Hyde-Smith says she will work hard to represent everyone in Mississippi. Hyde-Smith was re-elected on Tuesday, defeating Democrat Mike Espy in a runoff. With the win, Republicans control 53 of the Senate’s 100 seats. (Nov. 28)
