Sen. Martha McSally, R-Ariz., made the comments during a recent virtual town hall with the mayor of Surprise.

“These endless investigations should end in Washington, D.C.,” Vice President Mike Pence said after an event in Arizona.

In a nationally televised interview, Sen. Martha McSally said she didn’t even consider reporting her rape at the time because of the environment.

An official victor statewide may not be known for days — and maybe longerif the final tally triggers a recount or legal challenge.
